MARYVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - A 14-year-old inmate in Blount County died this week after a medical emergency, according to the Blount County Sheriff’s Office. A sheriff’s office representative said the inmate experienced an emergency Wednesday evening and was taken to Blount Memorial Hospital around 7 p.m.
